Upcoming Open House

Are you, or someone you know, considering grad school? Learn more about grad school admissions, financial aid, and the graduate student experience at our upcoming open house in Waco.

The open house will be held at (MCC) Waco on July 22nd from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Application fee waivers will be given to attendees who apply within one week of the event.

Dr. Kayla Peak named Administrator of the Year

Dr. Kayla Peak, Associate Dean of the College of Education and Associate Professor of Kinesiology, was recently named Administrator of the Year by the Texas Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (TAHPERD).

Peak was nominated for the award by Lee College Director of Kinesiology, Graeme Cox, to recognize her leadership in college kinesiology disciplines at the local and state levels, her advocacy for quality education in kinesiology and her significant contributions to curriculum development, technology, innovation, staff development, program improvement, and resource development in kinesiology disciplines.

Erin Hinojosa: Erin recently joined COGS in Admissions, and processes applications for admission to Tarleton’s graduate programs.

Garen Thomas: Garen joins COGS as a graduate assistant and is currently a graduate student in Environmental Science.

Taylor Hutyra: Taylor joins COGS as a graduate assistant and is currently a graduate student in Mathematics.
