Publication Opportunity

The Journal of Multidisciplinary Graduate Research is searching for outstanding papers from graduate students and professors for this year’s volume.  The JMGR is a nationally peer reviewed journal looking for high-quality, original submissions written by graduate students and their professor mentors on multidisciplinary topics. Upcoming Open House

On October 26th, the College of Graduate Studies will host its Fall 2016 Beyond a Bachelor’s Open House.  All current and prospective graduate students are invited to attend.  Stop by the College of Graduate Studies office on the Stephenville campus at any time on the 26th, or RSVP for one of the following sessions:

  • 10 a.m. Applying to Grad School
  • Noon: Financial Aid – Using SALT
  • 12:30 p.m. Scholarships
  • 1 p.m. Time Management
  • 3 p.m. Applying to Grad School

Interested in becoming a SALT ambassador?

If you are looking for a unique promotions and event experience, consider applying for Tarleton’s SALT Ambassador Program!  SALT is a financial resource geared toward smart money decisions for Tarleton students and alumni.

The goal of the SALT ambassador program is to create and develop out of the box ideas for promoting financial education to Tarleton students. Volunteer students should be focused on educating their fellow students on important financial topics and the benefits of being financially savvy!

Marketing skills in social media and graphic design with experience in programs such as Photoshop and InDesign is a plus. Ambassadors must be outgoing, and willing to go the extra mile to become an outstanding leader! Contact Ms. Crystal Martinez-Smith at for more information, or to apply.
