Study Abroad Opportunity

What are you doing next summer?  From May 15 to June 10, Tarleton will be hosting a study abroad course focusing on globalization in food production.  Considerable time will be spent traveling throughout Poland to visit farms, factories, forests, and many cultural and historical sites.  Included on the agenda are the Wieliczka Salt Mines and Auschwitz-Birkeinau Concentration camps, both located near Krakow.  For more information, please contact Dean Barry Lambert at blambert@tarleton.edu.

Graduate & Professional School Fair

On October 12th, Tarleton’s College of Graduate Studies will be hosting the 2nd annual Graduate & Professional School Fair at the Stephenville campus in the TSC Ballrooms from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  There are nearly 50 graduate and professional schools expected to be in attendance.  Find out more information on the upcoming event here.

COGS Open House

Want to learn more about SALT, scholarships, and time management?  Mark your calendars for our upcoming COGS Open House.  The event will be held on October 26th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the COGS office at the Stephenville campus.  All current and prospective graduate students are invited to attend.  Register here.

Pathways Student Research Symposium

The 13th annual Pathways Student Research Symposium will be held at Prairie View A&M on November 3rd and 4th.  For those presenting, there will two info sessions next week: October 13th at 2 p.m., and October 14th at 11 a.m., in Math 125 on the Stephenville campus.  (Zoom connections will be available for those unable to attend in person.)  If you have registered for the conference, please check your Tarleton email for meeting details.
